php+txt简单留言板
看了一天的php，自己捉摸加参考写了一个简单的留言板，没用到数据库，用了个txt文本文件存留言信息，比较简陋，但基本的留言功能还是实现了。
总共三个文件：一个现实留言页index.php，一个添加留言页add.php，一个文本信息pinglun.txt。
